CHARLOTTE, NC — The Mecklenburg County Assessor’s Office will hold listening sessions starting Wednesday, February 6th to address concerns over the recent 2019 revaluations.
The 2019 Real Estate Assessed Value notices were recently mailed out to roughly 400,000 property owners across Mecklenburg County. Many were caught off guard by sharp increases in their property appraisals, but County officials are reminding owners that the notice is NOT a bill.
You can view your appraisal at MeckReval.com.
Property owners who have questions or just want to learn more about their new assessed values are invited to attend a listening session during the month of February. Each session takes place from 6-8 p.m. and no RSVP is required.
