Superintendent Dr. Clayton Wilcox Discusses New CMS Safety Screenings
There’s been another round of weapon sweeps at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
On Wednesday, the screenings took place at Harding University High School and Mallard Creek High School.
No weapons were found, officials say.
The schools were randomly selected, and the district notified parents before and after the screenings.
CMS Superintendent Dr. Clayton Wilcox joined Rising’s Terrance Bates live in studio to discuss the new security measures.
