Slight Rain Chances Return

Waking up to another mild start with temps in the 40s and 50s. More clouds than sun today with the chance for a few showers this afternoon, especially across the higher elevations. Even so, temps will still be above average with highs reaching the low 70s. Mostly cloudy overnight with lows only reaching the low 60s. Likely to break a record tomorrow as highs reach the upper 70s! Cold front passes through on Friday, making it the last real mild day with highs in the upper 60s. Overnight lows will fall near freezing. This weekend will be noticeably cooler with temps only reaching the upper 40s to lower 50s. Significant rain returns early next week.
