CHARLOTTE, NC — An investigation is underway after a shooting Thursday night in south Charlotte.
The shooting reportedly happened around 7:30pm. Police say it appears the vehicle was shot into on I-77 near Carowinds Boulevard, and then the driver went to Nations Ford Road where they were located by CMPD.
Medic says one person has been taken to CMC with life threatening injuries.
Police say they do not have a motive or suspect description at this time. This is an ongoing investigation.
