Even Colder Temps to Come

Much colder start with wind chills below freezing for the entire region. Chilly day with highs not getting out of the 40s. A Wind Chill Advisory goes into effect for the mountains tonight with a Freeze warning for Lancaster and Chesterfield County as lows dip well below freezing. Tomorrow will be the coldest day of the week with highs in the 30s and 40s. Warming up towards the end of the week, but still below average. Rain returns on Friday. Mild for the weekend with highs in the upper 60s.
