LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Narcotics investigators arrest a Lincolnton man and a Dallas man on drug charges. After conducting surveillance and gathering enough information, investigators approached the suspicious home off Keener Road.
Investigators received consent to search the residence and located a felony amount of marijuana.
Officers charged Jamie Thorne Fox, 25, of 2631 Keener Road, Lincolnton, N.C. with one felony count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule VI, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fox was processed at the Lincoln County Detention Center and released on a $20,000 secured bond.
Jonathan Kyle Hunt, 27, of 108 Luna Lane, Dallas, N.C. was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hunt was released on a $2,500 secured bond.
