CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested a man for secretly recording a 14-year-old girl who was unclothed.
Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Crimes Against Children Unit charged 22-year-old Mhongmua Li for several felonies involving secret peeping.

On Sunday, March 24th around 4pm officers responded to Sandburg Avenue near the UNC Charlotte campus to investigate. Li, who apparently knew the girl, was interviewed by detectives at police headquarters.
Li was then arrested and charged with 16 counts of peeping using a photographic imaging device.
