A South Carolina State Trooper who shot an unarmed man in Columbia is out of jail, and out of a job. The shooting happened during a traffic stop about three weeks ago, but the dash cam video was just released.
Sean Groubert pulled Levar Jones over for a seatbelt violation. He says he shot Jones in the hip because he dove head first in his car. Jones is okay, but Groubert faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
