Parents Sacrificing Retirement To Support Adult Kids

If you thought the bank account of mom and dad closed it’s doors after kids have grown up, think again.

Half of American parents say they sacrifice retirement savings to financially support their adult kids.

That’s according to a new survey by bank rate.

More than half of parents whose kids are between 18 and 34 are covering at least part of their cell phone bill.

Parental assistance usually ends between the ages of 19 to 23.

However, Millennials believe the cut of should be delayed by a year or more.
