GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) – Two North Carolina colleges were on lockdown after reports of a gunman on one of the campuses.
North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro issued an alert saying a man threatened to shoot a female student. The school was on lockdown, as was Bennett College, a woman’s college about one mile away from A&T but those lockdowns have since been lifted.
No word on the suspect’s name at this time. No injuries have been reported.
