Germany May Fine Parents Who Haven’t Vaccinated Kids
As measles cases continue to climb in the US, one country may soon fine parents who refuse to vaccinate their kids against the disease.
Germany is considering a legislation that would fine parents up to $2,800 if they don’t vaccinate their kids.
The country is also considering banning unvaccinated children from daycare facilities. There have been 764 measles cases in the US this year.
That’s more than double the number a year ago and the highest total in 25 years.
