Arrest Made After Man Found Shot To Death In Car In Southwest Charlotte

The Latest:

The CMPD has charged 23-year-old Daquarius Quashon Connor for the murder of Ever Danilo Reyes-Romero.

Police say the case is still under investigation and more information will be released as it develops.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was found dead inside a vehicle in southwest Charlotte.

On Monday, May 29th, at about 9:34 p.m., CMPD officers responded to a call on Orren Court near Nations Ford Road.

Arriving officers located a man inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound.  MEDIC pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
