Infant Found Dead At Home In Chester

CHESTER, S.C. — An investigation is underway after an infant was found dead at a home in Chester.

The Chester Police Department and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division are investigating after emergency crews pronounced the child dead at a home on Deaver Street, according to a news release.

Crime scene tape could be seen wrapped around the home.  There is no word on the cause of death at this time.  This is a developing story.  Check back for updates.
