Study: Americans Lie About Wi-Fi, Cell Reception While On Vacation
Crappy Wi-Fi to the rescue. A new study found that half of American workers would lie to their boss about their cell phone reception and having Wi-Fi to avoid working on vacation.
According to the research, Millenials or those with high pay checks are most likely to use the excuse but two thirds still feel the need to check-in with the office while on vacation.
And about a quarter of Americans will only choose vacation spots where cell reception is guaranteed.
