CHARLOTTE, NC– Authorities are conducting a shooting investigation which took place on Alice Avenue near the Wesley Heights neighborhood.
Officers say they responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call around 12:30pm Monday.
Upon arrival, police say they located a female victim and a male victim in the roadway with apparent gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital where both are being treated with non-life threatening injuries.
