CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested an armed robbery suspect in northeast Charlotte. Β
Dayquan Roseboro is accused of pulling out a gun and demanded money from several victims at an apartment complex on Prestigious Lane on December 29th. Β
During the robbery, one of the victims began fighting with Roseboro and the other victim was able to gain control of the Roseboro’s weapon. Β
A female who was inside Roseboro’s vehicle also joined in the fight but the victims were able to fend off both suspects. Β The suspects are accused of leaving the scene in the vehicle with the victim’s property. Β
Police recovered the suspect’s firearm from the victims on the scene. Β
On February 21st, police say the robbery victims saw Roseboro and called 911. Β Police located Roseboro and took him into custody. Β He has been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
