CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested an armed robbery suspect in northeast Charlotte.
Dayquan Roseboro is accused of pulling out a gun and demanded money from several victims at an apartment complex on Prestigious Lane on December 29th.
During the robbery, one of the victims began fighting with Roseboro and the other victim was able to gain control of the Roseboro’s weapon.
A female who was inside Roseboro’s vehicle also joined in the fight but the victims were able to fend off both suspects. The suspects are accused of leaving the scene in the vehicle with the victim’s property.
Police recovered the suspect’s firearm from the victims on the scene.
On February 21st, police say the robbery victims saw Roseboro and called 911. Police located Roseboro and took him into custody. He has been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
