Bella Hadid is the most beautiful woman in the world, because “science” says so. London-based plastic surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva made the proclamation based on the the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi. It’s a mathematical formula that measures the face. On a “perfect” face: the length of an ear is equal to the length of the nose, and the width of an eye is equal to the distance between the eyes.
