HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — A tractor trailer accident on I-77 at exit 23 is causing major back ups for your evening commute.
Huntersville Fire Department says one northbound lane and one southbound lane of I-77 near exit 23 (Gilead Road) are blocked at this time. The accident happened around 4pm. No injuries were reported.
HAZMAT is on the scene to control a fuel leak. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes at this time.
