ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police arrested a man after he was caught having sex in his vehicle in front of an elementary school.
An officer said the windows of the vehicle were fogged up when he arrived on the scene in front of Old Pointe Elementary School.
The officer made the couple get dressed and exit the vehicle. Investigators say 22-year-old Jesus McCreary tried to run from police after he was placed in handcuffs.
McCreary has been charged with false information to police and resisting arrest. The female occupant of the vehicle was not arrested.
