The world just got a little more annoying in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where an old law used to make it illegal to “willfully annoy another person”. City leaders there say they’re just cleaning up the books and getting rid of obscure and ridiculous laws. But it made us wonder, what law would you want to get rid of, or put into place?
