CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The principal at Charlotte Catholic High School has been placed on paid leave while an investigation is completed about the possible mishandling of school finances, according to the Superintendent of Schools.Β
Jerry Healy has been the principal at the school since 2003.Β The Diocese of Charlotte Catholic Schools has hired an auditing firm to look at all school bank accounts.Β
The funds were part of the Charlotte Catholic High School Foundation, which is an independent organization that supports the school.Β
