Charlotte, N.C. — School bus drivers in North Carolina are now expected to pass a new physical fitness test that will determine if they can keep or renew their certifications. The requirements go into effect January 12th. A draft of those standards list an example of one test that include walking around a bus, going up and down the steps three times in 75 seconds.
