CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man who was shot in northwest Charlotte has died. According to police, the shooting happened around 2:12 p.m. on Tuesday on Beatties Ford Road near LaSalle Street.
Detectives say when they arrived on scene, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was transported by Medic to Carolinas Medical Center where he later died.
Detectives say they located and arrested the suspect at the scene. Authorities have not say what led to the shooting. Stay tuned to WCCB News @ Ten for the latest on this story.
