Two guys in the “custody” of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police recently decided that they didn’t like wearing their electronic ankle monitors, so they just cut them off, and peaced out. One suspect, Brandon Warren, is still at large, but the second, Jason Travis, is back in custody after police spent “extra resources” to track him down.
