MADRID, SPAIN — A Massachusetts man claims his Airbnb host in Madrid locked him in his room and sexually assaulted him.
The alleged victim, 19-year-old Jacob Lopez, says he was staying at his host’s apartment on July 4th when he was locked in a room and pressured to commit a sexual act.
Lopez claims he called his mother for help but she says the company would not release any information to her. The host, who was born a male but lives as a women, claims the act was consensual.
