Β ROCK HILL, SC —Β A York County grand jury has indicted a Rock Hill man accused of killing his bed-ridden wife and his young granddaughter.
Investigators say Ronald Gregory shot his wife Barbara and granddaughter Mia Rodgers because of a custody dispute with Mia’s other grandparents. Β Their bodies were discovered at the Gregory’s home on Idlewild Drive in March. Β
A judge ruled last month that Gregory had too much money to qualify for a public defender.Β No trial date has been set.
