Weekend Warm-Up Inbound
Friday will be absolutely gorgeous.
After a cool start to May, we plan on putting all of that behind us and warm up into summer-like territory by the weekend. Charlotte topped out near 80º Thursday afternoon, and we should be a touch warmer for our Friday. Plentiful sunshine and a consistent breeze from the south should continue the warming trend into the weekend, where the mid-80s will be found. Rain chances remain few-and-far-between through the weekend before a cold front sweeps into our area and cools us back into the 70s by midweek next week.
