DAYTONA BEACH,FL–A judge has issued an injunction against the husband of a woman who drove her children into the surf at Daytona Beach.
Investigators say Ebony Wilkerson from North Charleston Tried to kill her three, nine and ten year old.
She reportedly said she was trying to escape her husband’s abuse.
A judge ordered her husband to stay away from the family, after Wilkerson’s sister said he threatened to kill her if she helped Wilkerson escape his abuse.
