CHARLOTTE, NC– A North Carolina man who has been running from authorities since 2003 was arrested in Florida Thursday.
Police say they arrested Richard Michael Duncan on the street in West Palm Beach, FL.
Duncan was reportedly wanted in Mooresville, North Carolina for narcotics trafficking, along with several other felonious narcotics charges dating back to 2003.
Richard Duncan was apparently going by the alias Marcus Bell, but after further investigation police discovered that Duncan had been arrested in the Palm Beach area under that alias.
U.S. Marshals arrested Duncan and he is currently being held in Palm Beach County Jail, until further notice.
