Elizabeth was born on February 27, 2012. Due to complications, she was born with severe birth defects. Her heart stopped beating & her brain suffered with no oxygen for over 30 minutes. Thankfully, the doctors restarted her heart – but the damage was done. She does not have the ability to suck or swallow, & has permanent hearing loss. She is also showing signs of Cerebral Palsy as well. Her parents call her a “miracle” because she is alive & desperately loved.
