Edge on the Clock: Random High School Drug Testing?

Back to school… back to random drug testing?  Yep, that’s what’s happening at one high school in Wisconsin.  Students there will face random drug tests throughout the year.  Normally the school would be prohibited from these kinds of tests, but administrators found a loophole: kids involved in extracurricular activities and anyone with a parking pass can be tested as a non-student.  Good idea, or going too far?
