Six People Rescued From Flooded Apartment Complex In Salisbury | PHOTOS

SALISBURY, N.C. — Six people were rescued in Salisbury after flood waters inundated an apartment complex.

Flash flooding was reported along Jump and Run Branch on the northern side of Salisbury, according to the National Weather Service.

Numerous roads were reportedly flooded and multiple people had to be rescued by rafts from an apartment building on Wellington Hills Circle.  Officials say five total apartments were flooded.

Officials also say several vehicles that were in the parking lot were swept away by the flood waters.  This is a developing story.  Check back for updates.
