MCCOLL, S.C. — Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charge five individuals connected to the August 9th shooting in McColl where a man and pregnant woman were shot, according to a news release.
SLED agents say Dre’Qwan McCray, 20, is charged with two counts of attempted murder, and Juanita Holm, 55, is charged with two counts of obstructing justice.
Devin Sweatt, 22, Camden Quick, 19, and Summer Holm, 18, were all charged with accessory after the fact to a felony, according to a news release.
The Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office asked SLED to investigate the case, according to a news release.
SLED agents say Juanita Holm was booked at J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County, and the other suspects were booked at the Marlboro County Detention Center.
Juanita Holm will be prosecuted by the Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, and the other suspects will be prosecuted by the Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to a news release.
