West Shore Home Gifts New Shower To Disabled Air Force Veteran

ROCK HILL, S.C. (News Release) – In honor of Veterans Day, West Shore Home completed a shower installation for a disabled Vietnam veteran in Rock Hill, South Carolina. US Air Force veteran James Nies received a beautiful new shower from West Shore Home as part of their Baths for the Brave initiative. Baths for the Brave is an initiative pioneered by a network of home improvement companies that seeks to identify veterans across the country who are in need of a new shower or bath in their home.

Mr. James Nies is a US Air Force veteran who served during the Vietnam War. After returning home to South Carolina, James worked for a local energy company as well as the US Post Office. He is currently retired and lives with his wife, Sandra, and his daughter, Ashley. Multiple members of the family have accessibility challenges which can make bathing difficult. With a new accessible shower from West Shore Home, the Nies family will be able to live safely and comfortably in their home.
