GASTONIA,NC–The Westfield Eastridge mall in Gastonia has a new owner and a shorter name.
Cityview Commercial out of New York has purchased the mall and they plan to drop the Westfield part of the name.
Cityview says it’s hands on and manages it’s own properties.
The mall is currently 80% occupied and the new owners are already looking for new tenants.
