Tropical Storm Eta is off the coast of South Carolina which is good news for the weekend weather across the WCCB area. If you’re heading to the coast this weekend lookout for a high rip current risk and increased surf. With Eta moving northeastward across the Atlantic Ocean, the counterclockwise flow around the low pressure will bring dry air into the Carolinas. A cold front will move through on Sunday which will bring an isolated rain chance, but most of us will stay dry. In wake of the late weekend cold front, we will see very cool and dry air build in. High temperatures this weekend top out in the 60s and 70s with lows in the 40s. High temperatures next week will only top out near 60 with lows back in the 30s!
