High Profile Help as NC Senate Candidates Make Final Push

CHARLOTTE, NC – Kay Hagan bringing in a political heavyweight to support her re-election campaign. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton rallied the crowd Saturday at the Convention Center. 

“What’s so exciting about Kay, is you can always count on her to put North Carolina families first,” Clinton told supporters.

Clinton focused on women’s issues along with pay and the minimum wage. She says turn out could make the difference.
 
Meanwhile, Republican opponent Thom Tillis rallied supporters in Concord, while hoping to sway people still on the fence.
 
The NC House Speaker told supporters he’s focused on growing jobs and says Democrats haven’t done enough to turn around the economy. He also says he wants to repeal Obamacare.
 
“It’s just really about two really different visions for the county, and I hope they’ll make an informed vote before November 4th,” Tillis says.
