Fantastic Fall Weather Flourishes

Sunny skies and comfy highs dominate the weather scene for much of the week ahead.

Clouds and isolated showers returned to the forecast for the second half of the weekend, but things will be changing for the better as we pass the halfway mark in November. Drier and more seasonable air will filter into the Carolinas this week as a series of high-pressure systems take hold of the South. Expect highs in the 50s and 60s to go with plentiful sunshine for much of the week ahead. Lows may end up below freezing for the first time this year in the Queen City when another cold front brings Arctic air into the area by midweek. Rain chances should remain virtually nonexistent for the next five days.
