City Of Concord Parks And Recreation Limit Hours Of Operation
CONCORD, N.C. — Officials with the City of Concord Parks and Recreation say they are limiting access to the following facilities to help slow the spread of coronavirus and protect the health of staff and visitors.
- All Community Rooms will be closed for public reservations until March 1st, 2021.
- Youth Basketball is postponed until the Summer of 2021. Anyone interested can register now until January 10th, 2021. For more details call 704-920-5600 or email recreation@concordnc.gov
The following Recreation Centers will be open under new hours starting December 21st, 2020:
- David Phillip’s Activity Center (946 Burrage Road, NE Concord, NC 28025)
- Open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Academy Recreation Center (147 Academy Avenue, NW Concord, NC 28025)
- Closed.
- Administrative Offices are open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Logan Multi-Purpose Center (184 Booker Street, SW Concord, NC 28025)
- Open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- The Lunch Plus Program will continue as scheduled.
- Hartsell Recreation Center (60 Hartsell School Road, Concord, NC 38027)
- Open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Open Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
