A powerful area of low pressure that brought wintry weather and a soggy Sunday across the WCCB will continue moving eastward. As this low moves east, a northwest flow builds across the mountains. Overnight lows bottom out in the 30s with isolated showers and patchy dense fog. Snow showers will fall across the Mountains through the day on Monday with scattered rain showers across the Piedmont early Monday. A ridge of high pressure will build in on Tuesday and allow for sunshine and dry conditions through Thursday.

Monday: Mountain snow. Scattered AM Piedmont rain showers. High: 44.
Monday Night: Mostly cloudy. Low: 33.
