Short Time with Sunshine Before Rain Returns
Another front increases rain chances of Friday
For the first time in several days – there are no warnings, watches, or advisories across the WCCB area! It has also been a week since we hit 50Β° and we are there this afternoon!
A ridge of high pressure dominates our weather through the first half of Thursday. Expect overnight lows to bottom out in the teens and 20s with clear skies. Clouds increase through the day Thursday ahead of our next weather system. A cold front will push west to east across theΒ Carolinas on Friday which will bring scattered to numerous showers ahead and along the front (mainly the first half of the day Friday). We clear out for Saturday with sunshine back in play and weekend highs in the low 50s across the Piedmont. Rain chances slightly increase late Saturday into Sunday.
Tonight: Mostly Clear. Low: 24Β°. Wind: W/NW 5-10.
Thursday: Increasing clouds. High: 55Β°. Wind: S 5-10.
Thursday PM: Late overnight showers. Low: 43Β°. Wind: S 5-15. G: 20
Friday: AM Showers. High: 56Β°. Wind: S/W 5-15.
Have a wonderful week!
