Sunshine Sticks Around
The good times keep on rolling into the weekend as sunny skies continue their hold over the Carolinas.
After a gorgeous close to the workweek, we’re in for another treat this weekend. A powerful area of high pressure will continue its stranglehold over the eastern half of the country, keeping plenty of sunshine and blue sky over the Carolinas for the time being. Despite the abundant sunshine, temperatures will end up below average through Monday morning, with highs only in the 50s and 40s and lows in the 20s and teens. Warmer weather is on the way, however, as more favorable winds from the southwest move in by the start of the week. The 70s could arrive for the Piedmont as soon as midweek. Rain chances will be nonexistent for much of the week ahead. Enjoy!
