Making Irish Soda Bread for St. Patrick’s Day

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Lauren is in the festive spirit – heading over to the kitchen to show us how to make Irish soda bread!

You’ll need…

  • 4 cups AP flour
  • 4 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup more buttermilk
