ALEXANDER CO., N.C. — Alexander County Deputies say 18-year-old Josue Isaias of Wilkesboro, North Carolina was arrested Wednesday for one count of felony statutory rape of a child between 13 and 15-years-old.

Isaias is being held under a $600,000 bond in the Alexander County Detention Center until his first court appearance scheduled for Monday, March 22nd in Alexander County District Court, according to a news release.

Deputies say these charges stem from a two-month long investigation by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators say 56-year-old Eloa Audon of Taylorsville, North Carolina is also charged in connection to this case for one count of felony obstruction of justice.

Audon is being held under a $50,000 bond with her first court appearance also scheduled for Monday, March 22nd in Alexander County District Court, according to a news release.
