Tree pollen stays high through midweek with a bit of a break late week as rain coverage increases. Maple, Cedar & Elm are our top allergens.Β 

It has been a bit breezy across the Carolinas as an area of low pressure sits off the North Carolina coast bringing a NE wind. Expect overnight lows to bottom out in the 40s for most across the Piedmont with 30s & 40s in the High Country. Due to the offshore low pressure, more clouds will be in play through Tuesday with highs in the mid 60s which will be the coldest day out of the next 7. Rain coverage will be isolated to widely scattered Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with a cold front increasing rain coverage Thursday into Friday.
