CHARLOTTE, NC– Police are investigating a reported homicide after one man was shot early Sunday morning.
Reports say that officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call on Glenfiddich Drive around 7:29 a.m. Sunday morning.
Upon arrival, officers say they located Elias Perez, 30, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Perez was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics and has not yet been identified.
