CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a local doctor is facing numerous new sexual assault charges.
Fidelis Edosomwan was already facing more than a dozen sexual assault charges after police say he assaulted two women in his doctor’s office in east Charlotte.
Now, more victims have come forward claiming Edosomwan assaulted them. Investigators now say 34 different women were assaulted by the doctor.
All the assaults allegedly occurred in Edosomwan’s doctor’s offices at Americare Clinic on Sugar Creek Road and Milton Road.
