BURKE CO., N.C.– The Burke County Narcotics Task Force has arrested and charged two men in connection to drug-related activities.
Officials say that on Wednesday March 18, they executed two search warrants on two homes located in Connelly Springs after a lengthy investigation of narcotics usage, sales, and distribution from both homes.
Upon arrival, officials searched the homes of Shuelong Vang, 26 and Tong Xeng Yang Koa Moua, 38 and found Methamphetamine, Marijuana, drug paraphernalia, firearms and US currency.
Both suspects were arrested and placed in the Burke Catawba District Confinement Facility.
