CHARLOTTE, NC– Police are asking for assistance to locate a man who cut off his electronic monitoring device.
Police are searching for Kenneth Massey, 24, who is wanted for felony assault with a deadly weapon.
Massey cut off his court ordered electronic monitoring device Friday, October 31st and was last seen in the Arrowood Road area.
Anyone with information on Massey’s whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
