Rainy Start To Workweek
Very tropical air is still very much holding after a Sunday that saw a number of downpours and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Light spotty showers can be expected through the morning with the heavy downpours and thunderstorms possible as we get into the afternoon and evening. We could see a few places where the heavy rain moves slowly and leads to pockets of flash flooding. We’ll have plenty of opportunities for rain this week but severe weather is not expected at this time.

TUESDAY: Patchy fog early, then mostly cloudy with more scattered showers and storms. HIGH: 83.
